Submit Products for Compliance Testing

• Only primary contacts or users with the “Add/Edit Products” permission may use this feature


• Log-in to the Admin Area of mobileformfactors.org (to receive a log-in, your company must be first registered as a supplier)


• Click on “Add/Manage” products link


• Companies can either click on “Add New Product” or select “Edit” on an already entered product.


• When adding new products, complete the necessary form to add the product to mobileformfactors.org. Once submitted, a pop-up screen will appear, asking if you would like to submit the product for compliance now.
• Complete the form with your contact information and the serial number of the product that you will be submitting. Once the form is completed and submitted, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how and where to ship your product.
• You will receive a courtesy email after your part has been received by the labs. Once testing is completed you will receive notification on the pass/fail status of the tested product. Passing tests will receive a check mark on the "Add/Manage Products" admin page confirming their compliance.
• To submit an already entered product for compliance testing, select the “Submit for Compliance Testing” link under the Compliance Status column in the “Add/Manage Products” page.
